Angel Tree is a program of Prison Fellowship that connects parents in prison with their children through the delivery of Christmas gifts. In most cases, local church volunteers purchase and deliver gifts and the Gospel to children in the name of their prisoner-parent.

Charis is a non-denominational Christian ministry made up of teams of laity and clergy who have experienced a Cursillo-type retreat. Team members are selected and trained under the guidance of Charis leadership and approved by correctional institutions.

Good News has developed several practical, life-giving programs that introduce inmates and staff to Christ and help them grow in their knowledge of Him and His Word.
Led by international evangelist Shug bury, HIM Prison Ministries mission is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in prisons around the world through evangelistic events, conducting Christian Inmate Training and hosting Prison Leadership Summits. HIM4Her is a faith-based ‘mentorship’ program bridging the gap between women leaving prison and the resources of re-entry organizations housing opportunities, mentors and community support. Prison Fellowship seeks to restore those affected by crime and incarceration by introducing prisoners, victims, and their families to a new hope available through Jesus Christ. They accomplish this by training and inspiring churches and communities – inside and outside of prison – to support the restoration of those affected by incarceration. They equip wardens, prison staff, and volunteers, including men and women serving time, to create safer, more rehabilitative prisons that prepare prisoners to return to their communities as good neighbors.

Other organizations that address various aspects contributing to recidivism rates in the United States already exist, however none devotes their focus to finding corporate partners willing to mentor individuals while they are still incarcerated and provide these individuals with meaningful employment opportunities upon their release.
